A Police Clearance Certificate can be obtained at the Federal Office of Justice in Germany. Information and the application form can be found on the Homepage of the Website of the Federal Office of Justice: link

Your personal data and signature on the application must be officially verified. You must present a valid identity document for this. German citizens must present a German passport or identity card.

The official confirmation can be issued by a German diplomatic mission, a foreign authority (e.g. the Namibian police) or a notary.

A fee is payable for the official varification by the Embassy in Windhoek. The fee must be paid in Namibian dollars at the embassy. The euro amount is converted at the embassy's current exchange rate. Payment can be made in cash or with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. List of fees.
